Safety Town is a two week safety program that will be offered in Brandon this summer. Children ages five and six years old, will learn safety behavior through hands on learning activities, under the supervision of a Brandon Police Officer and a teacher.
Children will learn about pedestrian safety, what a police officer does, 911 & EMT service, fire safety, weather safety, poison control, bus safety, animal safety, water safety, stranger awareness, and bike safety. Children must be 5 years old by December 31, 2022.
Date: Monday - Friday, June 12-13
Time: 9:00AM - 11:00AM
Location: The south side of Brandon Elementary on the blacktop.
Cost: $20.00
Facilitators: Vickie David and Officer Carda.
