Brandon 90 Plaza

Developer Darrel Viereck has plans to develop a 50-acre plot of land off of Interstate 90 in Brandon, South Dakota. 27 acres will be used for commercial development and 17 acres will be used to create a lake. The new development will be called Brandon 90 Plaza. Early plans for this upscale commercial development include a hotel, theater, bank, grocery store, and possible community/event center. It will also feature a 1 mile trail around the lake's perimeter.

Encore Park

Encore Park is a mixed-use development located on the northeast corner of West Holly Boulevard and Lancer Avenue about a half mile from Veterans Parkway and

I-90 Exit 402.

 

Nearby neighbors currently include Fareway Grocery Store, Hegg Modular, Bob's Water Service, contractor shops, and multi-family housing.

Brandon View Land

Mixed-use development land available one-mile from Veterans Parkway (SD 100) on the western edge of Brandon. Northern 7.08 acres located within city limits of Brandon. 469 feet of Holly Boulevard frontage. Site offers easy access for incoming/outgoing traffic and excellent visibility. Brandon's 2035 Comprehensive Plan shows this being a mix of Residential and Commercial zoning.
